Having enjoyed a wonderful Christmas stay at Altstadt Hotel Krone Luzern, I was delighted by its prime location in the heart of the old town, a mere 10-minute walk from the train station, ideal for exploring Lucerne with my family. Surrounded by cozy cafes and quaint shops, the hotel exudes a warm Swiss charm that resonated with our love for historical flair and artistic character. The welcoming staff made our stay truly unforgettable, providing impeccable housekeeping service and ensuring our comfort throughout. the sumptuous breakfast spread, featuring a variety of delicacies from eggs to pastries, set the perfect tone for our days of adventure in this picturesque city, and the absence of AC was not an issue as the cool evening breeze made our cozy room quite comfortable. With its unique rooms furnished with humor and love for detail, it offered a blend of luxury and coziness that perfectly complemented our Alpine escapade. the hotel's privileged location at the historical Kornmarkt, overlooking the Reuss river and town hall, provided a stunning backdrop to our holiday memories.
